Flow Designer - Look Up records - need those records labels into one array for custom flow action

I have flow.

First step is look up records

- I get back 2 records

Now I would like to call one action (only once, not several times after for each loop) to which array of strings is passed

Please advice.

Action have input Array.String

How can I pass found records from flow after FOR EACH LOOP once to that action?
