Hi Community,
I am not able to find "sys_email" table in trigger in flow designer. I need that table for getting subject, body etc., fields from that table to create work order from email.
Is it possible to configure the tables in flow designer? Or is there any way other than inbound email actions?

when your Trigger type is Inbound Email you have complete access to the sys_email record which came into ServiceNow
you can then access subject, body, recipients, cc etc

Hello @Sneha KH .
as Ankur already mentiond.
When the Trigger type is Inbound Email, you get full access to the sys_email record that is received in ServiceNow.
From this record, you can retrieve details such as the subject, body, recipients, CC, and other related email information.
