Use cases implementation of Predictive intelligence for IRM/GRC on Now Portal

Hi Community,

I have been wanting to implement some use cases of PI for IRM/GRC on Now portal but i am unable to find any use case video or topics for it. Please could you help me how i can know about PI more and its related topics.

2. You created a policy but users are still referring to outdated documents. How to fix this from GRC?

  • Publish policies through Policy and Compliance application, not email or drives.
  • Use policy acknowledgment tasks so users confirm they’ve read it.
  • Set the old version to retired so it’s no longer visible.

3. A control failed during audit and no one took action. How do you prevent this next time?

  • Add a control failure workflow that raises an issue automatically.
  • Assign the issue with SLA to the responsible team.
  • Use email notifications to alert leadership if it’s not addressed.
