what do i need to add to the body of my email to update fields in servicenow tickets, of if i send a new email in, i need to assigned it right to me and update all the files and then if i want i can just email in what i need in the ticket

If you want some action to take place for emails sent to a ServiceNow instance, you need to configure flows with Inbound email trigger or set up Inbound Email Actions.
