I have a requirement to Integrate ServiceNow with Oracle EBS for the use cases such as updating or end date below records in oracle ebs
HR records
User records
responsibilities and
updating the manager information of the users
The client uses the Oracle EBS version of 12 1 3 which doesnt support REST API It is an onprem application hosted at Oracle cloud data centers
The Oracle point of contact from the client side says they can support PLSQL APIs but Im not sure how to use them in ServiceNow
The client uses the ServiceNow integration hub I see an Oracle EBS spoke available but it doesnt have any HR or User related activities
