SLA percentage clock timer skipped in flow

Hi,

I created a flow triggered by an SLA task.

I added an SLA percentage timer :

when testing with a matching SLA definition, as needed, this was the result.

status = skipped.

even though the SLA task at testing time was at 79%.

what could cause this ?

thank you

Hi @AdiG Did you add the flow to the SLA?
You can check the OOTB SLA flow, which triggers at 75%, 90%, and 100%. Configure yours in the same manner.

Hi !
I accidently marked your response a 'solution accepted' just as I was about to respond to you.
I tried what you suggested, and it still doesn't work.
do you have any other suggestions?
