Steps to Migrate a Bot Process from One Instance to Another in ServiceNow RPA Hub

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working with ServiceNow RPA Hub and need guidance on the proper steps to migrate a bot process from one instance (e.g., development or testing) to another (e.g., production).

Here are a few details about my setup:

  1. The bot process is in the published state and ready for deployment.
  2. All required configurations, such as process parameters, schedules, and queues, are correctly set up.
  3. I have appropriate roles, including RPA Developer and RPA Administrator, assigned to my user profile.

Despite meeting the prerequisites, I am facing challenges in seeing the "Ready for Migration" and "Migrate" buttons.

I would appreciate it if someone could provide a detailed step-by-step process or highlight any specific settings, permissions, or configurations that need to be checked to enable and complete the migration process successfully.

Hi, I am having the following error message after clicking on MIGRATE:
"There is no destination instance defined to migrate the bot process. Add the connection details and try again."

Hi, did you figured out how to solve this? I'm facing the same problem.
