VR IT remediation Workspace showing Record not found

After doing data clean up of VR items when opening the IT Remediation Workspace it shows the list with old data. Tried doing Cache.do. When clicked on the the record it shows Record not found.

Have you tried clearing the cache again or restarting the system? Sometimes, refreshing the page or re-indexing the data can help fix this issue.
