Create “Visitor registration” record for coworker in other location

Hi ServiceNow’ers,
We have been implementing WSD for a while now, and we’re very close to our go-live, but there’s still something that we need to achieve and I can’t quite figure out how to do it.
So: In WSD reservation management, when inviting an external visitor to a meeting (aka, a meeting room reservation), the system is smart enough to know it has to launch a visitor registration (n°2 in my illustration), which is a very fine feature and works well as it is, but sadly it doesn’t launch the same process for an invited coworker (n°1 in my illustration).
I guess it makes sense, but in our case, we need to launch the same process if the invited coworker is from a different location than the one where the meeting room is situated.
Has anyone ever tried (and hopefully succeeded) to achieve this?
Would anyone have any pointer? It would be highly appreciated.
