Default assignment group for Workplace Case

Hi,

When creating a new case in the Workplace Case table (sn_wsd_case_workplace_case) the assignment group always defaults/populates to 'Workplace Services'. I found an Assignment Rule ("workplace case") where this is coming from, but even if I deactivate it it still makes the assignment, both when I Save or Submit. Looked for workflows, BRs, client scripts... nothing. Any ideas?

Great suggestions, but no Task Assignment Definitions, workflows or Flow Designer flows.

Hi @levy8926 

 

We faced the same issue, the reason is the assignment group is filled with OOTB Flow designer(subflow).

 

Create workplace service and use templates within then the assignment group will be the one which you have configured in templates.

I am facing the same issue for assignment group setting on workplace case. 

Could you please confirm which subflow you are referring to ? Workflow/Subflow name may be.
