Fixing Reservation Records that are Conflicted

Hello ServiceNow community,

 

I am hoping to find some guidance on how I can troubleshoot records that are in a conflict state. 

 

There are some reservation records that currently show a state of 'Conflicted' on the sn_wsd_rsv_reservation table. 

The reservable module that these records are stored in currently allow reservations, but enabling auto-resolving conflicts is not checked.  

 

I'd like to proceed with enabling auto-resolving conflicts = true for those reservable modules, but how would this apply to existing records and auto-resolve? Otherwise, I am assuming it is up to an administrator or the user themselves to modify the reservation.

Hello @GamNOW, the process to handle conflicts is only triggered when the reservation is created. Currently, there is no option to trigger this process for existing reservations or periodically.

Employees can update reservations of state 'Conflicted' by selecting another location or a different time through the users' "My Reservations page".
