In Map Studio Getting error as "Something went wrong while reading the processed CAD file. "

Unable to fix wsd map floor configuration.
Steps to reproduce error:
1. In Application navigator search the "Map Studio".

2. Open Map Studio and it will show all campuses.

3. Open any campus. 

4. Click on building and click on continue.
5. Choose the any floor auto cad file to configure. Once clicked on configured then coming error message as "Something went wrong while reading the processed CAD file. Please contact the administrator".


Please guide to resolve this issue. Facing same issue for multiple buildings. Is there any way to fix dynamically?

Hi @Aarati ,

Can you please cross-check the below points:

  • Ensure the system property glide.attachment.extensions includes the required file types (such as .dwg and .geojson). If these extensions are not allowed, the CAD files may not be processed correctly.
