Inbox option is not visible in customer workspace

I have created one custom workspace.

I have created Service channel and created queue with assignment rule but still inbox option is not visible.

I found one video but this was also not working.

That's true and it helped me fix my issue as well

Chrome toolbar will be the solution, it happens on my project and IDK why but every time that a new workspace is generated from scratch or cloned from other workspaces, this record is corrupted. You can take a look at other workspaces where the solution is working and apply it.
