Maintenance case creation from Maintenance Plan.

Can anyone help me with the following:

 

  • We have use case for Maintenance plan, so I have installed the Maintenance Management plugin.
  • I have followed the process document for the maintenance plan, and created a plan , schedule, and Workplace service as well(on workplace central)
  • Also, I have created the workplace service config with the condition as per the plan and attached the template for the cases.
  • But when the Maintenance plan nightly run scheduled job runs, it is not creating the case.
  • There are few OOB workplace service config (Weekly and Daily) , these are creating the case sometime:
  • Sometime when I create a plan and attach the weekly schedule accordingly it updates the Next run time basis of lead time. And when I run the schedule time, Last completion and next run time gets updated accordingly but still no case are created.
  • Also, I need to understand if we create workplace service item for a Workplace Service how do we create automated task for workplace cases for each of the Service item.

Thank you for the comment. But I have followed this Process document and did not help.

 

There are certain Blockers that I have encountered and unfortunately this document did not help.
