Hello All,
We are currently trying to look the possibilities with Workplace Reservation Management.
We have different workstations (focused workstation, Macbook dockstation, etc). I was wondering if we can configure extra filters on the WSD OOTB Search widget.
Below is the screenshots:
Currently, I see only Capacity. Do we have possibilities to add more options here?
Looking forward for the suggestions 🙂

You can add Standard Services and Reservable Purposes to the workplace which can then be used as filters.

Hi @Raj_Esh - I can see where I can add them under Standard Services or Reservable Purposes, but what I want to do is add a top-layer.
So it would be Capacity, Floors and then Rooms (which is not currently an option). I want to be able to look specifically at rooms, like how I can with floors.

As per my understanding, the rooms will be selectable or available the views(Map, schedule, card)
The Standard Services and Reservable purposes are used for the filter on the rooms or spaces.
Whats the exact use case?

Hey Raj,
We want to have Capacity, Floors, Rooms, Reservable purposes so that we can enter a room name and have it come up immediately without having to scroll multiple times. Ideally it would be between Floors and Reservable purposes.

I understand, But I guess you will have to modify the template within the widget. Recently we also wanted to make the capacity to 1 instead of default 0. But had to customise.
You may also ask ServiceNow with support case. As far as I know it is not in out of the box.
