WSD Integration with Microsoft Outlook add-in

Hi Team,

We have requirement to implement WSD to integrate with Microsoft Outlook Add-ins and we have the below query about the bidirectional flow.

If reservation is deleted from WSD, it will be also deleted automatically from my Outlook Calendar ?

If I’ll deleted my reservation from Outlook Calendar, already created by WSD Add-in, it will be also deleted automatically from WSD portal ?

Can someone guide us with the above query, Thanks in advance.

I have tested the use case with normal mode and to be more precise, not deleted but cancelled. yes, once it is synced with MS Exchange, it will be removed from both the ways. (Cancelled from outlook will be cancelled in ServiceNow... Cancelled in ServiceNow will also be cancelled in outlook)

Could you please clarify what you mean by normal mode?

Our user is looking for this possibility in WSD. Also could you please share if there is any article available to confirm this feature along with instance version.

Normal Mode is the standard integration method used when ServiceNow connects to Microsoft Exchange using a single, centralized service account. Uses one shared service account to create, update, and delete calendar events on behalf of users. Users do not need to authenticate with their own Microsoft accounts.
