More option on the WSD Reservation on portal?

Hello All,

 

We are currently trying to look the possibilities with Workplace Reservation Management.

 

We have different workstations (focused workstation, Macbook dockstation, etc). I was wondering if we can configure extra filters on the WSD OOTB Search widget.

Below is the screenshots:

Currently, I see only Capacity. Do we have possibilities to add more options here?

You can add Standard Services and Reservable Purposes to the workplace which can then be used as filters.

Hello @kumarakshay , @_raj_esh ,

 

As of the release of the reservation management app version 3.0.2, the default value for the capacity filter is 1.

Hi @kumarakshay ,

 

I see there is no direct note in the release notes in this case. But it was changed in the release.

In general, you can find the release notes on the store page once a version is deployed. (https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/10b963621b246a50a85b16db234bcbe4)
