Hello Experts,
I have installed all the required plugins with the demo data but still i am not able to access the WSD search page where i can make a reservation for the meeting room and Desk.
Please help if have faced some similar issue while using WSD in learning simulator or PDI.

Hi @Abc 26
Please check your user role. You would need workplace user role(sn_wsd_core.workplace_user) to access the Reservation Management module and for bookings.
Hope it helps.

Hi @Abc 26
WSD_Search was an old page. I can still see it in my PDI, but as per ServiceNow documentation, it looks like it was deprecated a few releases back.
Workplace Service Portal is no longer a separate portal; it has been merged into the Employee Center.
I completed the WSD – Essentials course in mid-January. At that time, Workplace Services was visible on the Employee Center home page along with "Technology Services", but I have checked it today and now it’s no longer showing.
I recommend raising a support case with ServiceNow University, sharing your instance details related to the course. Click on "Help Center" on the top and right side you will find the open to "Create a Case"

Hello @Abc 26,
Can you share more on the URL used? It should look something like "instance.com/esc?id=wsd_search" (example when using Employee Center portal).
As mentioned above, the user must have the workplace_user role to access the experience.
I see a reference on deprecation, this is related to the "ws"-portal. But the widget is available and can be access on your service portal.
Kind regards,
Arvid
