Shifts with Reservations Made on Mobile

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to have shifts work for reservations made via the mobile experience. I found KB1180389 from March of last year, that indicates that it wasn't possible under that version of the tool. With the newest version, has anyone found it working or has anyone heard of it become an option to streamline/match the UX in both environments. 

 

We don't use Shifts often, but the reservable module we do have shifts in would benefit greatly from being able to book via the mobile app.

We are also having the same requirement, we are currently in Australia version and I don't see this feature is available yet, did you find any workaround?
