Hi Everyone, I'm facing a weird issue on Workplace case.
My client want to deactivate for a choice on State field (Waiting Approval) to prevent the choice show on the list and form view. After deactivating that, I found that in the list view (on ITIL), it shows In review (Deprecated), does anyone face the same thing, please give me some advice on that, appreciate it.
