Disable automatic workplace case when rescheduling a reservation

When you reschedule a reservation by dragging/dropping it on the Schedule view of the Event Planner (inside the Workplace Central workspace, ... /now/workplace-management/schedule-view) a workplace case (sn_wsd_case_workplace_case) is automatically created.

 

Is there a way to disable this behaviour? 

 

I tried disabling the "Reservation Service" workplace service but that didn't work. The case is still created, even with the inactive workplace service.

Have you tried to check which Record Producer is generating the case? Generally it should be on the Case form.
