I am attempting to add in a child case that will allow the backend fulfiller team to enter additional information before going to approval to the facility head.
I have made the following modifications to the ootb catering Service by adding additional activities.
I created a workplace service to capture the child case.
And the record producer that the team needs to fill out.
However, when the subflow "workplace service activities sublfow" runs it is throwing an error message when it gets to the activity for child case and not creating a child case.
