When reserving a space for several days, how do I get only one notification email at the beginning instead of one every day?

If you make a reservation of more days of a Space in the Workplace Services Portal. Then you get for the period every day a notification email of the reservation. How can you configure it so that this notification comes only once and then never again.

Hi Yassin,

In our upcoming WSD release, August 4, we introduced one email notification containing the details of a recurring series after it gets created. All details of the series, occurrences that are accepted or rejected, and the details of the space are grouped in the notification.

The system shall send a separate notification if an employee updates an occurrence.

 

In the meantime, you want to trigger a notification in case a recurring parent is created but not for the occurrences. You also need to configure the content of the notification.

Hi @Arvid 

 

Similar to when a user submits a recurring reservation and they receive a single confirmation notification containing details of the recurring series, do we have something similar when a user is submitting a recurring reservation for a meeting room, for example, that requires approval?
Currently, the approval is generated on the individual reservation occurrences in the series, along with multiple approval emails to the approver pertaining to each one of those occurrences.

For example, if I submit a recurring reservation (including 5 occurrences) that requires approval, the approval request is triggered on each one of the 5 occurrences rather than the parent reservation record. As a result of which there are 10 approval email notifications.
