We are very new to the sync of Reservations betweeN SN and Azure for conference room calendar syncing. Its generally working fine, but we have a particular room that does not seem to sync reservations made out to Azure... sits there in a pending state and never does anything. We are not even sure where to check as it appears the same configuration as the other rooms, but we continue to have trouble. Any tips on where to start looking?

Hi,
Did you try to check if this article helps: https://www.servicenow.com/community/wsd-articles/configuring-microsoft-exchange-workplace-calendar-...
First think I`d do is to check if the room has proper Reservable Sync Configuration record.
Add the "Subscription" column to the list view and see if you have a value in for the room mentioned.
If not de-activate\activate and see if populates.
If not find the flow which is triggered by the Activate button. I think it was Renew Subscriptions and check the execution logs.

Which table are you talking about when you say add the subscription field to see the value? And for the activate/deactivate buttons? I am looking at SPACES and RESERVATIONS and not seeing these. Reading through that linked document now, but if you can point me in right direction on your steps, thanks!

1. Go to Workplace Calendar Synchronization --> Configuration --> Reservable Sync Configurations
2. Add column "Subscription"
3. Find the room you need in the Location column
4. Check if it has Subscription
5. Open the Record and Click on the "Deactivate"
6. Wait until the Active is set to false
7. Then Activate again
8. Check in the list view if the room has a Subscription record
This will ensure your room mailbox is connected to Azure\Exchange

Thank you for your suggestion!
When I do the actions you note, the subscription field gets filled back in on reactivation, which implies that it is connected. However, I make a reservation from the portal immediately following that and get the same SYNCRHONIZATION STATE of ERROR and Azure does not get the reservation noted on Azure side.
If the room is subscribed, what could the next possible issue be with updating Azure with the reservation? I don't see how to track down where the error came from or what caused it.
