I know OOTB that the workplace service activities will only be created in the order you have set in the Workplace Service. I am wondering if you can bypass the order and have them create multiple service tasks/cases at the same time without waiting for the order?
For example, I need the task for Move Boxes and Name Tags to be created at the same time and not wait until Boxes is closed completed to then create the Name Tags Task.
