Who has access to upload the CAD files in WSD? Can Architects, Civil Engineers, or anyone with business skills do this? Or does it require admin access?
Hi Fabio, uploading CAD files can be done by anyone as long as they have the appropriate Role in ServiceNow. These roles are Map editor, Map admin or Map editor Limited.
