WSD configured map is not loading on Now mobile

Hi there,

 

We have configured the WSD reservation with the map view using the Indoor map. The map is working on the Service Portal view and we are able to reserve spaces. We have also activated the Now mobile component. However, when trying to reservation for a space for the same reservable mobile in the Mobile it shows the Toggle Map View option and we click the Next button there is an error "Can't load this map" "An unkown error has occured. Please contact your system administrator". We are not sure why the map is not showing? Any comments will be appreciated.

Did you ever find the cause for this? I also have the same issue.

I have the same issue. We have 15 buildings, 14 load but the last gives us this same error message.

@Rahman4 I found that if you reset the view to default and re-add your changes (ex. default zoom), view the preview and re-sync the campus with WSD the campus will now appear in the Mobile app.

I am also facing the same issue, in now mobile, i am not able to see map. I didn't understand, can you please elaborate on how to reset this ?
