Issue with workplace calendar synchronization with outlook

Hello everyone, 
Actually two issues in two different instance:

  1. Instance 1: when we create any workplace reservation from WSD portal ,  synchronization state is directly set to error and state remains awaiting Approval while working fine if create a similar reservation from outlook

  2. Instance 2: when creating a reservation, it is not processing only , it remains in draft state.

What is the possible cause for this issue, i am new in workplace calendar integration.

Currently we are using Yokohama version.

for scenario 1 : It might be due to customization on Create reservation API, try to revert and check the same functionality .For us when cancelling from portal we faced its moving to error /enqueued state this was resolved by disabling flow "Insert Cancel Reservation Event Flow".

for scenario 2 : Try to disable and enable calendar provider and try again and also check if all ip's given by exchange are white listed
