WSD Outlook Add-In shows no results

Hi Community,

i have an issue with the Workplace Reservations for Microsoft Outlook Add-in.

The Add-In is configured for tessting purpose on a developer instance in a single user setup in Outlook.

Searching with the Add-In in Outlook, doesn't come back with any free space. Searching in portal, with the same filter options, shows up spaces

Any idea where this issue is located? See attached screenshots also.

Hi.

The rooms should have a capacity > 0 and need to have an email address.

Hi Alexander,

In order to reserve spaces using the Outlook add-in, please ensure the spaces are configured to synchronize with the Microsoft Exchange Online (calendar provider). Otherwise the reservations can be cancelled, as the system expects a confirmation the reservation exists.
