We are using Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Reservation Management, and currently whenever a user updates an existing confirmed reservation, the reservation is sent for approval again.
Our requirement is to avoid re-approval when only the Subject field is modified. Re-approval should still occur if other reservation details (such as date, time, location, capacity, etc.) are changed.
Has anyone implemented a similar requirement in WSD Reservation Management? Is there an OOB configuration, flow, or script that controls which field updates trigger re-approval?
Any guidance on the best practice for handling this would be appreciated.
