Add a stakeholder to a goal

Add existing stakeholders to a goal in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace, or create a stakeholder directly from the goal record.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ().
3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
4. Select Goals.
5. Select the goal that you want to add a stakeholder to.
6. Select the Stakeholders tab.
7. Add a stakeholder using one of the following methods.
   • To add an existing stakeholder:
     1. Select Add.
     2. In the Add stakeholder window, select the stakeholder and the relationship type between the stakeholder and the goal.
     3. Select Add.
   • To create a stakeholder, select New and complete the fields on the form. For field descriptions, see Create a stakeholder form.

Result

The stakeholder appears in the Stakeholders related list for the goal.
