Request a TRM product lifecycle from the service catalog

    • Submit a request from the service catalog to add one or more lifecycle records to an existing TRM product.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Request Something > Technology Reference Model Management.
    2. Select Request TRM Product Lifecycle.
    3. Fill in the fields on the form.
      For field information, see Request TRM Product Lifecycle form.
    4. Select Submit.
