Add a value stream to a stakeholder

Associate value streams with stakeholders to track their involvement in business processes. You can add existing value streams or create new ones directly from the stakeholder record.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ().
3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
4. Select Stakeholders.
5. Select the stakeholder that you want to add a value stream to.
6. Select the Value streams tab.
7. Add a value stream.
   • To add an existing value stream:
     1. Select Add.
     2. In the Add value stream window, select the value stream and the relationship type between the stakeholder and the value stream.
     3. Select Add.
   • To create a value stream, select New, and fill in the fields on the form. For field information, see Create value stream form.

Result

The value stream appears in the Value streams related list for the stakeholder.
