View AI system details from a business application

    • You can open an AI system record in the AI Control Tower Workspace directly from the AI Systems tab on a business application record in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • To view the AI systems associated with business application: sn_apm.apm_user
    • To view the full AI system record in AI Control Tower: sn_aig.ai_steward or sn_aig.ai_asset_owner

    About this task

    The AI Systems tab on a business application record shows a summary of each associated AI system, including its lifecycle phase, state, lifecycle status, and risk classification. To review the complete governance details of an AI system — such as its related models, datasets, prompts, approval history, and lifecycle tasks— you can open the full AI system record in the AI Control Tower workspace.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon (Portfolio icon).
    3. Select the Expand row icon (Expand Row icon) next to Application Portfolio.
    4. Select a business application.
    5. Select AI systems.
    6. In the Managed or Unmanaged section, select the display name of the AI system you want to view details for.

      The AI system record opens in the AI Control Tower workspace, displaying the full governance details for that AI system. The record includes tabs for details, KPIs and metrics, and requests, along with related assets such as sub AI systems, AI models, tools, prompts, evaluation datasets, and business applications.
