Add a stakeholder to a value stream

Add existing stakeholders to a value stream in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace to identify who gets value from it. You can also create a stakeholder directly from the value stream record.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ().
3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
4. Select Value Streams.
5. Select the value stream that you want to add a stakeholder to.
6. Select the Stakeholders tab.
7. Add a stakeholder using one of the following methods.
   • To add an existing stakeholder:
     1. Select Add.
     2. In the Add stakeholder window, select the stakeholder and the relationship type between the stakeholder and the value stream.
     3. Select Add.
   • To create a stakeholder, select New and complete the fields on the form. For field descriptions, see Create a stakeholder form.

Result

The stakeholder appears in the Stakeholders related list for the value stream.
