Add a driver to a stakeholder

    • Add existing drivers to stakeholders or create drivers directly from stakeholder records to identify influences.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon ().
    3. Select the expand row icon () next to Business Architecture.
    4. Select Stakeholders.
    5. Select the stakeholder that you want to add a driver to.
    6. Select the Drivers tab.
    7. Add a driver using one of the following methods.
      • To add an existing driver:
        1. Select Add.
        2. In the Add driver window, select the driver and the relationship type between the driver and the stakeholder.
        3. Select Add.
      • To create a driver, select New and complete the fields on the form. For field descriptions, see Create a driver form.

    Result

    The driver appears in the Drivers related list for the stakeholder.
