Manage quote line actions
Copy, delete, reconfigure, or reprice individual lines in the quote lines grid in CPQ.
Before you begin
A quote must be open with at least one line in the quote lines grid.
Role required: sn_sales_crm.quote_creator or equivalent.
About this task
Line-level actions are available on individual lines in the quote lines grid. You can also edit pricing values, such as discount and markup, directly in the grid without opening a separate form.
Procedure
- In the quote lines grid, locate the line you want to act on and select the line actions menu.

Select the action to perform.
Action Result Copy Creates a duplicate of the selected line, including its product and configuration, and adds it to the quote lines grid. Delete Removes the selected line from the quote. This action cannot be undone. Reconfigure Opens the Configurator for the selected line so you can change the product configuration. Available only for configurable products. Reprice Recalculates the price of the selected line using the configured pricing integration. - Optional: To edit the discount or markup value on a line directly, select the discount or markup field in the grid and enter the new value, then select Reprice to recalculate the line price.
