    • Use the fields on the channel partner [sn_prm_channel_partner] table to manage and store information related to channel partners.

    Field Description
    Number Automatically generated number of the channel partner table.
    Note:
    By default, channel partner numbers start with the prefix CHPRTNR.
    Name Name of the channel partner.
    Business function Business function associated with the channel partner, either sales or service.
    Enterprise partner manager Manager from the enterprise who is associated with the channel partner.

    When an enterprise manager is added on the channel partner form, they are also added as a member of the enterprise with a role and responsibility.
    Partner manager Manager from the channel partner that supervises partner member activities.

    When an enterprise manager is added on the channel partner form, they are also added as a member of the enterprise with a role and responsibility.
    Status Status of the channel partner, whether Suspended or Terminated.
    Parent channel partner Parent entity of the channel partner.
    Type
    Company Company that is associated with the channel partner.
    Activity Updates and information related to the channel partner.
