    Get to know Guided Tours

    ServiceNow® Guided Tours are interactive guides designed to help users explore the features and processes of the ServiceNow AI Platform®. Two main personas are involved: the Administrator (or designer) and the User (or player). Administrators create the guided tours, which Users then utilize to understand the platform's capabilities and processes.

    The tours are designed to operate within the ServiceNow® user interface, which includes the Standard UI, Workspace, Service Portal, and Custom UI.

    Each tour may consist of steps where users can either read information or engage in interactive experiences. For instance, the "Explore Service Portal Home Page" tour highlights the features of the Service Portal, while the "Create an Incident in Workspaces" tour guides users through the process of creating an incident, resulting in a new record being added to the Incidents list.
