Fulfill repair orders in the Hardware Asset Workspace

    • Fulfill a repair order by completing all the open repair asset tasks associated with its repair order lines.

    A repair order can have one or more repair order lines depending on the number of assets to be repaired through that repair order. A repair order is fulfilled only when all its repair order lines are completed.

    As a technician, you must complete the following tasks associated with each repair order line to fulfill a repair order:
    1. Troubleshoot asset
    2. Repair asset
    3. Evaluate asset
