Bookmark apps and app files in ServiceNow Studio

Easily bookmark apps and app files from several locations for quick access in ServiceNow Studio.

Before you begin

Role required: admin or delegated developer

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > App Engine > ServiceNow Studio.
2. Bookmark your apps and files from different locations in ServiceNow Studio.

   Location in ServiceNow Studio	How to bookmark
   Home page	Locate the app or file that you want to bookmark on the ServiceNow Studio home page under Recently opened files or Recently opened apps. Select the Add to bookmarks icon () that appears in the card of the app or file that you want to bookmark.
   Navigator panel	In the Navigator panel, select the Apps icon ( ) to display all apps, or select the File categories icon () to display all files. Locate the app or file that you want to bookmark and hover over it in the Navigator panel. Select the Add to bookmarks icon ().
   Open tab	Open an app in the canvas. Note: If the app that you want to bookmark is open in a separate tab, select the tab to reopen it in the canvas. Next to the application name, select the Add to bookmarks icon ().

3. Optional: To view your bookmarked apps and files, ensure that the Navigator panel is open and select the bookmarks icon ().
   Your bookmarked apps and files appear in the bookmarks tab under the appropriate file type.
