Pause a Drop off task or Receive task for enterprise assets

Record a break from a Drop off or Receive task in the Enterprise Asset Workspace if you’re not continuing to work on it.

始める前に

You can pause a Drop off or Receive task that is in the Work in Progress state. The option to pause the task is available only after you perform the following actions:

1. Indicate that you have started working on the task by selecting Start Work.
2. Start recording the time by selecting Start Timer.

Role required:

• To record time worked on a Drop off task: sn_eam.enterprise_asset_technician
• To record time worked on a Receive task: sn_eam.enterprise_asset_manager

このタスクについて

You can resume the task when you start working on it again. The system automatically tracks and calculates the actual time taken to complete the task even though the work was interrupted.

手順

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Asset Workspace > Work management.
2. Select the Asset tasks tab.
3. From the list of asset tasks, select the task that you want to pause.
4. Select Pause Work.
   The Pause Work changes to Resume Work.
5. Select Resume Work when you’re ready to work on the activity again.

タスクの結果

Each time you pause or resume work on the task, the actual time you worked on the task is automatically calculated. An entry for the time worked is created in the Time Worked tab.
