Delivering enterprise assets in your personal stockroom through Drop off tasks

As an enterprise asset technician, manage the delivery of enterprise assets that you have in your personal stockroom to any other warehouse stockroom by creating Drop off tasks. The asset manager of the destination stockroom receives the assets that you dropped off, verifies the asset, and completes the Receive and Drop off tasks.

You can drop off enterprise assets that aren't reserved and not part of any Enterprise Asset Management workflows.

As an enterprise asset technician, you can create drop off tasks in the Enterprise Asset Workspace or through the Mobile Agent application.

You should perform the following tasks to deliver assets to any stockroom:

Enterprise Asset Workspace	Create a Drop off task. Drop off the assets at the destination stockroom.
Mobile Agent application	Create a Drop off task for enterprise assets using the Mobile Agent application.

The Drop off task that you submitted completes only when the asset manager of the destination stockroom completes the following tasks in the Enterprise Asset Workspace or through the Mobile Agent application.

• Create a Drop off task for enterprise assets
  Create a Drop off task to return the enterprise assets in your personal stockroom to any other warehouse stockroom.
• Drop off enterprise assets at a stockroom
  Add enterprise assets to a Drop off task and deliver the assets to the required stockroom.
• Verify the enterprise assets received through a Drop off task
  As an asset manager, confirm that you received the enterprise assets that were delivered to your stockroom and complete the Receive task.
• Record time worked on Drop off and Receive tasks for enterprise assets
  Manage and record time worked on Drop off and Receive asset tasks in the Enterprise Asset Workspace. After you start work on a task, you can pause and resume work. You can also record the time worked manually.
