Use the integration to track and manage your IBM licenses.

From a web browser, go to the ServiceNow Store.

Log in using your HI credentials.

In the search bar, enter IBM License Compliance for Software Asset Management and then select Search.

Select the result called IBM License Compliance for Software Asset Management.

On the IBM License Compliance for Software Asset Management page, select Request Install.
The ServiceNow Request for App Installation - IBM License Compliance for Software Asset Management dialog box opens.

In the dialog box, fill in the fields.
