  • Following a request for a hardware asset return or replacement, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) order is associated with this request by creating an RMA response order in the DaaS provider interface.

    Completing the following tasks in the RMA order workflow results in the completion and success of an RMA response order:
    1. Create an RMA response order
    2. Create an RMA response order line
    3. Assess the RMA asset
    4. Schedule a visit to the customer site or Ship the asset to the DaaS provider
