    • Import knowledge base articles from Word documents to populate your Core Business Suite knowledge bases with existing content.

    About this task

    Import articles from .doc or .docx files to quickly populate knowledge bases with existing documentation.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Core Business Suite > Configure.
    2. Select Knowledge in Core Business Suite module under the Configuration Console.
      You can perform the same steps to import articles under each business unit module.
    3. Select Import articles to navigate to the import article page.
    4. On the Import Articles form, fill in the fields, and select Import.
