Enable the Account scope option for derived pricing

    • Enable the Account option so that it is available for selection in the Scope column of the Derived Pricing Matrix. By default, this option in the Choice List table is not enabled.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definitions > Choices.
    2. Do the following:
      • In the Table column, search for: var__m_sys_decision_multi_result_element_5d8794f9ff923610998fffffffffff16
      • In the Element column, search for scope.
    3. Open the Account choice record.
    4. Deselect the Inactive option.
    5. Select Save.
      The Account option is displayed as a selectable option in the Scope column of the Derived Pricing Matrix.
