Integrate with Field Service Management

Customer Service Management provides an integration with the Field Service Management application. This integration enables you to view work order and work order task information from a case.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins.
2. Enter Customer Service with Field Service Management plugin com.snc.csm_fsm_integration in the Search field.
3. Click Install.

Result

After the plugin is installed, Field Service Management application is integrated with Customer Service Management.
