Automation form fields

  • The Automation form enables you to configure properties and pull data from referenced tables for an automated call attempt.

    Dot-walking enables you to access columns from referenced tables so you can pull data beyond the current record into your configuration. For more information, see Dot-walking examples.

    Field Description
    Short description The parent table field containing a value that you want to use as a short description on the call task.
    Description Optional description about the schedule call activity.
    Phone number The parent table field containing the phone number.
    Sequence task Sequence task associated with the call task. This value should be 1.1 - Start sequence > Sequence task record.
    Assigned to Agent assigned to the sequence task.
    Priority Priority of the call task.
    Reason for call Purpose of calling the prospective customer.
    State The state of the call task. The available options include:
    • Open
    • Work in Progress
    • Closed Complete
    • Closed Abandoned
    • Cancelled
