Use the Now Assist context menu to generate Knowledge Base articles in Knowledge Management.

Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the list menu icon
to view all the KB articles.

Select a KB article from the list.
The KB article details page is displayed with an open prompt inline option for KB generation.

Enter the instructions for generating content, such as Generate an article for password reset.

Select the Source type and Language.

Press enter to start the KB article generation.
The KB article preview is displayed.

Review the generated article. You can edit the content, check grammar, and make the article easy to read. Select Regenerate to recreate the article based on your
prompt.

Select the text to further refine the content with Now Assist Context Menu pop-over variant.

Type or select a menu option and press enter.
